- Rebuilt the marketing website from scratch with mobile-first responsiveness in close collaboration with designers, introducing micro-interactions and motion design, improving Lighthouse score to 90+ and strengthening SEO using PayloadCMS for content management.
- Designed and implemented the mobile experience for the bet tracker page, significantly improving usability and interaction flow for mobile users.
- Led evaluation and end-to-end delivery of native mobile apps using Capacitor by restructuring the codebase for web/mobile separation and handling App Store and Play Store releases, overcoming iOS Safari PWA notification limitations.
- Made the codebase AI-ready by defining AGENTS.md and DESIGN.md workflows, and establishing a scalable engineering system through CI automation (linting, type-checking, builds), enforced code quality standards, and developer experience improvements including formatting, PR templates, and conventional commits.
- Partnered with an external product studio to ship a V2 POD dashboard spanning alerts, tracker, and wire modules, improving overall product UX across multiple workflows.

- Revamped Live Market on the DART dashboard using Golden Layout, making it more intuitive & thereby simplifying the trading flow.
- Built Bonds Search & Detailed pages using Golden Layout, driving the development of the FinD dashboard.
- Led the migration of the DART dashboard from Nuxt2 & BootstrapVue to Nuxt3 & PrimeVue for improved functionality
- Developed a scalable design system with PrimeVue 4 styled mode, collaborating closely with designers to ensure consistency, accessibility, and seamless user experience.
- Developed a modularized chat app with Sendbird Chat SDK, enabling AI-driven real-time quote detection.
- Implemented AI-driven trade ticket generation for direct client trades and complex broker workflows (single/double), enhancing order management to boost efficiency.

- Developed the new website entirely from scratch using NextJS with SSG in record time.
- Developed various features for internal CMS tool to automate creation of assessments.
- Integrated Strapi CMS for rapid, performant static page generation by business/content teams aiding SEO.
- Implemented various optimization techniques in EasyAccess dashboard, reducing loading & build time by 70%.
- Developed a microservice for on-demand generation and delivery of candidate reports in PDF format, allowing them to be sent as a single file or in bulk.
- Built React Native app for EasyAccess that runs on iOS, Android, and the Web, achieving an 85% concurrency of the codebase.
- Contributed to two successful ProductHunt launches: EasySource (#5 Product of the Day) and JD Generator (#1 Product of the Day).
